Life coaching is very similar to other types of coaching, in that it assists in optimizing the results of your effort. Coaching is not therapy. Therapy tends to look back and address the root of an injury or illness, while coaching looks forward with vision, building on the strengths you already possess while overcoming limitations. Successful coaching relies on communication and cooperation between coach and client, and subsequent follow-through. Sessions are crafted creatively to allow for personalized insight, with focus on goal-setting, strategy, and accountability, among other things. Although the process includes some reflection, the premise behind coaching is one of action and progress. Whether you just need a sounding board or step-by-step support as you embark on the journey to meaningful, satisfying change, I am here to facilitate that to the best of my ability, using a wide variety of resources, to enhance your outcome.
I am invested in your success!
